It’s almost like we’re not even trying to write a letter back to ourselves. Well not exactly. Like I said, we’ve been on autopilot for years, just like we’re on autopilot for years (at least until we’re dead). We don’t really need to write a letter to ourselves, but just like we don’t need to write a letter to our own self, we don’t need to write a letter back to ourselves either. We are just on autopilot.
